You will benefit from our maximum effort for the repair of your electronic equipment and boards. A rigorous process allows you to know at any time the progress of the repair in our workshop.

  1. Elaboration of a reliable diagnosis by our repairmen thanks to modern testing means and the presence of your electronic card or device.
    Realization of the estimate (free) from 1 to 5 working days following the reception of your material (according to your degree of urgency).
  2. After reception of your agreement, repair, tests and delivery on site or dispatch of the operational material, from 1 to 15 working days after the agreement (according to your degree of urgency).
  3. In case of impossibility to repair, you are quickly informed and we look together for an alternative solution, such as a standard exchange for example.

EQUIPMENT RECEPTION – QUOTE – REPAIR PROCEDURE AT E-NERGIE, SPECIALIST IN ELECTRONIC REPAIRS

  • If you are near the Orleans area, you can drop off and pick up your equipment at our workshop (8:30 am – 12:30 pm and 2:00 pm – 5:30 pm).
  • Collection at your address on the departments 18 28 36 37 41 45 75 77 78 91 92 93 94 95  : Contact us via the form on the right or call 07 61 96 30 80 to arrange a trip to your site as soon as possible.
  • By parcel with your usual carrier** :
    1. Send your broken item to the following address

    2. Specify the symptoms of the breakdown, your contact details, the name and telephone number of the person able to answer our questions, and an e-mail address to which we will send the estimate.
  • By parcel, collection by our carrier** :
    1. Contact us via the form on the right or call 07 61 96 30 80 to arrange a pick-up time. You will receive by e-mail a label to stick on your package.
    2. Specify the symptoms of the breakdown, your contact details, the name and telephone number of the person able to answer our questions, and an e-mail address to which we will send the estimate.

Upon receipt at E-NERGIE, a tracking number and a tracking card are created. If your parcel contains several elements, we create several files. You can contact us at any time to know the progress of the estimate and the repair.

** Package shipping: Instructions to follow to avoid damage in transit and speed the repair process

  • Place the circuit board in an anti-static pouch.
  • Wrap the element with three rounds of bubble wrap and protect your equipment so that it does not move.
  • If the device is heavy (power supply, screens, …), provide a double box with plastic chips between the two boxes.
  • If possible, insure your package for the replacement value of the device being transported.
