Whatever the difficulty of the mission*, we will do our utmost to repair your electronic equipment. We follow a rigorous process which enables us to keep you informed at all times of the progress of the repair in our workshop.
- Producing a reliable diagnostic thanks to modern test equipment, working on your PCB or your device.
- Quote sent (free of charge) within 5 working days following reception of your request (urgencies are dealt with on the day of receipt).
- Reception of your confirmation
- Repair, tests and delivery to your site or shipping of the operational equipment, within 5 to 15 working days following confirmation
* In the event that the equipment cannot be repaired, you are rapidly informed and together we will look for an alternative solution, such as standard exchange, for example.
Equipment reception – Quote – Repair procedure at E-NERGIE, specialist in electronic repairs
- If you are located in or near Orléans, you can drop off and pick up your equipment in our workshop (8.30 am – 12.30 pm and 2.00 pm – 5.30 pm).
- Collection on site (depending on your region): Contact us via this site or on 02 38 82 15 50. We will organise a visit to your site at the earliest opportunity.

- You are responsible for selecting and paying for the mode of transport to and from our workshops.

On reception at E-NERGIE, a tracking sheet and number are created. If your package contains several products, we will create as many sheets. You can contact us at any time to enquire about the progress of the repair.

- Place the circuit board in an antistatic bag
- Wrap the item in three layers of bubble wrap and protect it so that it remains immobile
- If the equipment is heavy (power supply units, monitors, etc.), use a double box with plastic filler between the two boxes
- If possible, insure your package for the replacement value of the transported equipment
